WithLove, Cards ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a customer.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
Voice messages you record are stored securely and are only accessible via your unique QR code link. We do not listen to, share, or use your recordings for any purpose other than playback when the QR code is scanned.
Our commitment to you: The first 100,000 messages are hosted for as long as WithLove, Cards is in business — no expiry, no subscription, no hidden fees. That's our founding promise and we stand by it.
For messages beyond the first 100,000, we will do our absolute best to host them for as long as we possibly can. We believe these messages matter. We'll reassess long-term storage solutions as we grow, and we will always notify customers before making any changes that affect their recordings.
We use minimal cookies necessary to operate the service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not display ads.
We retain your email address and order information for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. Voice recordings are retained per our storage promise above. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We take security seriously. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payments are handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Voice recordings are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls.
WithLove, Cards is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will always notify customers of significant changes by email before they take effect.
