Physical delivery is coming soon! Based on customer feedback and demand, we are working on a pre-printed label option that ships right to your door. In the meantime, digital codes are instant and easy to print at home or at any print shop.
No problem at all. Save the email we send you as a PDF and print it at Staples, FedEx, or any local print shop for under a dollar a page. On iPhone, tap the share icon in Mail and select Print to print directly to an AirPrint printer.
Once a message is published we are not able to replace it — this is intentional. Each code is designed to hold a single, meaningful recording. If you need a fresh message for a different occasion, you will need a new code. We want each message to stay as it was intended — a moment in time.
A few things to try: make sure the label is flat, ensure good lighting, and hold your camera steady a few inches away. If the label is printed, check that the QR code is not cut off. Still having trouble? Email us at hello@withlove.cards and we will sort it out.
